Search evaluation

My search service that I was assigned as they say Librarians' Internet Index. The site is based on earth tone colors such as red, orange, tan. The layout on the site is very basic. It has a boarder at the top with their logo which is “website that you can trust” and then below it has different sections you can search from such as business, computer, people, and so on. I did a search on Moby Dick and there was no matches found so I decided to do a search on Tokyo, Japan and was about to come up with one result. It found a website sites that featured photographs by Yoko Yamamoto. It showed traditional Japanese culture. I do not think that they sponsor or are sponsored by anyone besides being funded general public. The help for the advanced search is good because you can search from different fields such title or author and you can search for a phrase or even a key word. I feel this site is somewhat unique because they are looking for people use this site not just in California for searches but anyone in the world is welcome to use the site. All I think the since it is public funded I think it is going to be pretty good quality because people from around that area are actually paying for the site and not some huge company.
